Using the website

Cross Israel Tours presents tours, guiding services and lectures and accepts enquiries. Contact: abtourisrael@gmail.com; +972 58-789-3355. Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information you are entitled to share.

Enquiries and bookings

The website presents services and accepts enquiries. An enquiry or itinerary does not confirm a booking or create a payment obligation. Service details, itinerary, total price, inclusions and exclusions, payment currency and method will be expressly agreed by email before payment. Payment is made in advance as agreed. Do not enter card details in the website form.

Prices and currency

Displayed prices and currency conversions assist planning. Conversions use Bank of Israel rates, cached rates or fallback rates and do not guarantee a payment conversion rate. The binding price and currency are set in the booking confirmation. Descriptions and availability may change or contain errors; confirm material details before booking.

Itinerary changes and cancellations

Send cancellation, change or refund requests to abtourisrael@gmail.com. Specific terms apply insofar as lawfully disclosed and agreed. If the business cancels a tour, payments made for that tour will be refunded in full. Security conditions, weather, site access or authority instructions may affect itineraries, subject to applicable law and customer rights. These terms do not limit mandatory cancellation or refund rights.

Content and external services

Do not disrupt the website, attempt unauthorised access or harm others. External services have their own terms. Website content remains subject to the rights of the business or relevant third parties; displaying it grants no licence beyond legally permitted use. Send content-rights enquiries to the business email.

Responsibility and applicable law

For any question, problem or unclear matter, contact abtourisrael@gmail.com before booking. Matters not expressly addressed are governed by the specific agreement and applicable law; silence does not waive either party’s rights. These terms do not exclude liability or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. Israeli law applies subject to any other mandatory rules applicable to the transaction.
