Who we are

Information and purposes
You may provide your name, phone, email, requested tour, group size, pickup point and notes. Providing information is voluntary, with no legal obligation. Without suitable contact details we cannot reply or arrange service. We use enquiries to respond, prepare quotes, coordinate and provide tours, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal duties. An enquiry does not itself subscribe you to advertising. Please avoid medical details, identity documents or other sensitive information in notes.
Providers and international processing
The current email form sends information through FormSubmit to the business Gmail inbox. If a working Formspree endpoint is configured later, this policy must be updated. The WhatsApp button prepares a message containing your details; you send it using WhatsApp. The site is configured for Netlify hosting and loads Google Fonts, the Leaflet library from unpkg, and map tiles from Esri or CARTO. Infrastructure providers may receive IP addresses, browser information and request data for delivery, security and operation. Providers may process information outside Israel, subject to their policies and applicable law.
Storage and external links
Browser language preferences and exchange-rate cache are described in the cookie policy. Facebook, Tripadvisor and GetYourGuide links lead to external services with their own policies.
Retention and security
Enquiries may remain in email, correspondence and relevant provider systems for handling your request, ongoing service, legal duties and protection of rights. Retention depends on purpose and applicable law. Internet transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed completely secure.
Your rights and changes
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to information about you and correction or deletion of information that is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or outdated. Other requests are assessed under applicable law and retention duties; identity verification may be needed. Contact the business at the address above. We will update this policy when practices change and provide notice or request additional consent where required.
